Last updated July 6, 2026. The short version: your ledger is yours, we don’t sell data, and both export and deletion are self-serve.

What we collect

Your email address, when you create an account or ask for results by email.

The content you put in: predictions, confidence levels, conditions, debrief notes, decisions, coach conversations, and calibration test answers. This is the product; it exists so you can see it.

Usage events (pages viewed, test completed, subscription started) and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign parameters that brought you.

Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

How it's used

To run the product: score your calibration, ground the coach in your record, send you resolution reminders and the emails you'd expect.

Coach conversations are processed by AI models (Anthropic's Claude, via Vercel) to generate Sol's questions. Your ledger context is sent with those requests and is not used by us to train models.

To measure marketing: we use Meta's pixel and Conversions API with hashed identifiers so we can tell which ads work.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your ledger with anyone.

Your controls

Export everything, anytime: Settings, Export everything. One JSON file.

Delete everything, anytime: Settings, The exit. Deletion is immediate and complete, including Sol's memory of you.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Product nudges have an intensity control in Settings, including Off.

Storage and contact

Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres, US region) and processed on Vercel. Transport is encrypted.

Questions, requests, or complaints: sol@becomelucid.ai. A human reads it.
